One of the greatest tests for a leader will come from
those they lead. Leaders will not always be popular, but
they will always be challenged. Leaders must display their
strength of character and their ability to hold not only the
title but the positionality of a leader. How a leader
responds to these challenges can either change them or
grow them. Successful leaders use their tests as a
springboard to greater levels of responsibility, maintaining
a clear focus, purpose, and vision for the future. Internal
conflict will always be part of the landscape while you are
building your teams or are coming into a new one. Build
relationships first, display trust, and hold yourself
accountable to each member of the team.
