it. They recognize that their decisions have far-reaching

outcomes. An authentic leader lives by a solid moral code
and is consistent in their decision-making, even when it
doesn't always go in their favor. John Maxwell stated,
“Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is
about one life influencing another.” You see, leaders know
that others are watching them and they honor the value in
influencing others.
In every aspect of our lives, leaders are needed. From
organizations to households, someone must be at the helm,
