problem-solve as well.

for guidance, reassurance, stability, and direction. It is in
these moments that leaders can demonstrate their true
leadership ability and be responsive rather than reactive to
things going on around them. A leader who can remain
calm, focused, and decisive in the face of adversity while
caring for their teams can inspire confidence and motivate
