emotional intelligence and be able to connect with people
on a personal level, understanding their concerns and fears
and addressing them in a compassionate and empathetic
manner.
In addition, a leader who can lead during adversity
must be able to make tough decisions quickly and
decisively. They must be willing to take calculated risks
and be comfortable with the possibility of failure. A leader
who is able to remain calm and focused in the face of
uncertainty can inspire confidence in those around them
and keep them motivated towards the goal.
